My family loves salads with chicken fillet; usually such salads turn out to be light and filling.

Salad with chicken, tomatoes and cheese is one of the simplest, but very tasty salads. The presence of fresh tomatoes in the salad gives the salad freshness and juiciness. Cherry tomatoes are especially good for salad; they are much sweeter than regular tomatoes. Add garlic to your taste, it is what makes the salad spicy.

Let's prepare all the ingredients for the salad.

Boil the chicken fillet in boiling salted water for 20 minutes. Salt the water from the finished fillet and let the meat cool.

Boil the eggs in boiling water for 9 minutes, add salt. Remove the shells from the cooled eggs.

Cut the cooled chicken fillet and eggs into cubes.

Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them into 4 pieces each. Cut the hard cheese into cubes.

Place all chopped salad ingredients in a bowl.

Add mayonnaise, press the garlic through a press and add to the salad. Add salt and ground black pepper to taste. Mix all the salad ingredients.

It is necessary to marinate the onions in advance, about an hour before preparing the salad. Peel the onion, cut into fine cubes or thin half rings, as you like.

In salads, especially layered ones, I like it when the onions are finely chopped; in my opinion, it’s more convenient to place on plates - the layers don’t stretch one after another and don’t mix. Place the chopped onion in a bowl, add pepper, salt to taste and squeeze the juice of half a lemon.

Boil the chicken fillet until tender, cool, cut into small pieces or divide into fibers.

Boil chicken eggs hard, cool, peel and grate on a fine grater.

Fresh tomatoes in the amount of 2-3 pcs. Depending on the size, wash, dry and cut into fine cubes. For salad, it is better to use fleshy tomatoes; the salad does not need excess liquid. Season the chopped tomatoes with salt and pepper.

Grate hard cheese on a fine grater.

Assemble the salad. Place the chicken in a salad bowl and coat it with a layer of mayonnaise to taste. Then add a layer of pickled onions. Next, lay out a layer of boiled eggs, grease it with mayonnaise. Add cheese, mayonnaise.
