Add a little salt, bay leaf and a mixture of peppers. Pour water to cover the meat and bring to the fire. Cook for 25-30 minutes over low heat. Then remove from the broth and cool.

In the meantime, let's prepare the rest of the products. Cut the red cabbage into thin strips. Place in a deep bowl. Add a pinch of salt and press lightly to soften the cabbage.


Wash and dry the green onions. Chop not very finely and add to the cabbage.


Wash fresh cucumbers and dry with a napkin. Cut into large slices. Add to the salad bowl with the rest of the ingredients.


Boil chicken eggs, cool, peel, cut into medium pieces. Place in a salad bowl.


Cut the cooled chicken into large pieces. Add to other products.
