Gradually taking the flour with a fork, knead the dough: first in a bowl, and when it stops giving in, continue kneading on the table. It will take 10-15 minutes to knead a soft, homogeneous dough. Now you can salt it, then knead for another 2 minutes, sprinkle with flour, roll into a ball, cover with a towel or cling film and let stand for 20-25 minutes at room temperature. Scald the tomato, remove the skin, cut it, remove the seeds and puree it using a blender. Add salt, oil and dry herbs to the tomato. Mix everything. After the dough has “rested,” roll it into a flat cake 0.5 cm thick: you can do this with a rolling pin or with your hands. Then place the tortilla on a baking sheet covered with parchment, brush with tomato puree, place bacon cut into strips on top, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake at 180º for about 20 minutes.

Recipe 9.

You will need: 100 g of ham, 10 pitted olives, 0.5 kg of ready-made puff pastry, 1 bell pepper, 70 g of pickled mushrooms (preferably champignons), 100 g of hard cheese, 7-8 cherry tomatoes (or 1 regular tomato), butter oil, tomato paste or homemade ketchup.

Wash and dry the tomatoes and peppers. Peel the pepper, cut into thin strips, also remove the seeds from the tomato and cut it into thin slices (if you took cherry tomatoes, cut each berry in half). Cut mushrooms and ham into slices. Small olives can be placed whole, but if they are large, it is better to cut them into rings. Finely grate the cheese. Stretch the puff pastry into a sheet no more than 3 mm thick. If you do this with a rolling pin, remember that puff pastry can only be rolled in one direction, otherwise its structure will be disrupted. Grease the finished sheet of dough with tomato, sprinkle with half the cheese and place the filling on top in layers, in the order you like best. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top. Bake at 180° for about 25 minutes.

Recipe 10.

You will need: 1 glass of flour, 1 teaspoon of salt, 120 g of low-fat cottage cheese, 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil, 1 egg. For the filling: 250 g canned pineapple, 4 tablespoons finely grated hard cheese (or sheep cheese), 200 g chicken or turkey fillet, 150 g canned sweet corn, 100 g homemade mayonnaise or sour cream, ground pepper and salt to taste.

Sift the flour onto a large board, mix it with salt, add cottage cheese, grind everything well, add a beaten egg, vegetable oil and quickly knead the dough, wrap it in cling film and let it “rest” in a cold place for 20-25 minutes. If the dough is prepared correctly, it should be thin and crispy after baking. Preheat the oven to 200°. Cut the poultry fillet into thin slices, lightly beat, salt and pepper. Finely grate the cheese. Roll out the dough into a flat cake, place on an oiled baking sheet, brush with tomato sauce, and place pieces of meat on top, pour with mayonnaise, cover with a layer of pineapples and sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 20-30 minutes.
