  5. Fry in a preheated pan (with or without oil) on both sides until appetizing darkening. Usually no more than 2 minutes.

Oatmeal pancakes with semolina


These pancakes are made with oatmeal (or cereal) and semolina. It comes out fluffy and soft.

Ingredients:

  • - 1 glass;
  • Oatmeal (or flour) - 1 cup;
  • Kefir or yogurt - 500 ml.
  • Chicken eggs - 2 pcs.
  • Sugar - 2 tbsp. spoons;
  • Soda - 0.5 tsp;
  • Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. spoon;
  • Salt - a couple of small pinches;

Let's start cooking

Pour semolina with kefir for an hour beforehand. If you are using oatmeal (hercules), then add it there too.

Separately beat eggs with sugar, salt and oil.

We combine the semolina-oatmeal mass with the egg mass, add soda and mix well.

We heat the pan (a spoonful of oil into it), pour the dough. Tilt the pan in different directions so that the dough spreads evenly.

Fry until browned on both sides.

  • Oatmeal pancakes can be made not only on water, kefir, milk. Some make drinking yogurt, whey, or even fruit juice.
  • Aroma and new flavors are added: cinnamon, cocoa powder, a couple of spoons of jam.
  • In addition to a banana, apple, berry and other sweet puree can be put in the dough.
