Let's prepare all the ingredients. Crab sticks need to be thawed in advance, and to keep them juicy, place them on the bottom shelf of the refrigerator the day before. Eggs must be hard-boiled. Wash the rice and cook until tender in salted water, and then cool. It is better to take long-grain fluffy rice, so the salad will not stick together and will turn out more airy.

Mix rice, coarsely chopped eggs and cucumbers. To make the salad more tender, it is better to remove the skin from the cucumbers, but this is an optional step.

Drain the liquid from canned corn and add the grains to the salad. Control the proportions: eggs and rice will add satiety, cucumber will add freshness, and corn will add a slight sweetish taste.

We cut the crab sticks quite coarsely - this way their structure will be beneficial in the salad. Add to the general mixture.

We will need:

  • crab sticks - 250 gr.
  • chicken eggs - 3-4 pcs.
  • fresh cucumber - 1 - 2 pcs.
  • green onions - 2-3 stalks
  • fresh dill - a bunch
  • salt, pepper - to taste
  • mayonnaise - 4 tbsp. l.
  1. We remove the crab sticks from the protective film and cut them into cubes.

For unexpected guests, crab sticks can be purchased in advance and frozen. Before cooking, simply rinse them with hot water.
