Shish kebab of chicken hearts in tomato marinade

Another delicious option is skewers of chicken hearts in tomato marinade. It will be cooked in an oven with a grill function.

  • 1 kg of hearts;
  • 6 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce;
  • 2 tablespoons of tomato paste;
  • 1-1.5 glasses of highly carbonated mineral water;
  • Provençal herbs, salt, ground black pepper to taste.
