  2. Sift the flour into a separate bowl and mix with the yeast.

  3. Add flour to liquid mixture. Using a mixer, mix thoroughly until smooth.

  4. Using your hands, form the dough into a ball and set aside. rise for 40 minutes.


  5. While the dough is rising, you can start preparing the sauce. Finely chop the garlic or pass it through a press.
  6. Pour olive oil into a hot saucepan, add spices, tomato paste, garlic and water.



  7. Mix everything and cook over medium heat for 2-3 minutes.

  8. When the dough has risen, use your hands to form a pizza crust.

  9. Coat with sauce.

  10. Thinly slice the mozzarella and pepperoni.
  11. Place the mozzarella on the crust coated with sauce first, then the pepperoni.



  12. Place in a preheated oven and bake for 8-10 minutes at maximum temperature.

  • The thickness of the pizza crust should be 2-3 mm.
  • To make the mozzarella melt better, you can grate it.
  • The baking sheet needs to be slightly warmed in the oven before placing the dough on it.
  • If you couldn’t buy real pepperoni for the filling, try replacing it with another spicy sausage.
  • To prepare the dough and sauce, you need to use only boiled water.

What to serve pizza with

A little water.

Dissolve the yeast in water, then pour into the sifted flour. Stir well, pour in the entire amount of oil and add the required amount of water so that in the end the dough turns out like dumplings - shiny and elastic. Knead thoroughly and then place in a warm place for 20-30 minutes - during this time it should rise. The finished dough should be rolled out into a thin layer with a rolling pin, placed on a baking tray, previously greased with oil or lined with a baking tray, and laid out with sausages, olives and cheese.

Pepperoni recipe (pizza with delicious toppings)

Traditionally, for this type of baking you will need:

200 g pepperoni or salami sausages;
- 200 g of hard grated cheese;
- 25-30 pieces of olives (black), pitted;
- for the sauce - 2-3 tbsp. l. mayonnaise, ketchup and soy sauce;
- herbs for dusting - oregano, etc.

Cut the sausage and olives into slices, grate the cheese on a coarse grater. You can't bake pepperoni pizza for too long. Enough for the dough to brown slightly around the edges. Usually fifteen minutes of baking in an oven preheated to 200 degrees is enough. Be sure to grease the mold with oil.

Pepperoni pizza "Hello from the Devil" with cheese

A very spicy version of Italian pepperoni pizza with a distinct Russian twist. Instead of olive oil, regular sunflower oil is used. The dough is very tender, so the flatbread turns out thin, very tasty, and the dish itself is juicy.

Ingredients:

250 grams of flour;

12 grams of dry active yeast;

150 ml water;

Half a teaspoon of salt;

Five tablespoons of sunflower oil;

Two hundred grams of semi-hard cheese;

Two hundred grams of salami;

25-30 pieces of pitted olives;

One teaspoon each of basil and oregano;

A teaspoon of ground red pepper;

Three tablespoons of natural tomato paste;

Soy sauce;
