1) First you need to crush the cookies. It is better to use a food processor or meat grinder, as manual work will take a lot of time.
The grinding should not be too fine, but not too coarse. Try not to get any large pieces of cookies, this is important. 2) Then you need to take a saucepan, pour milk into it, mix it with butter and sugar. Stir a little until the butter is no longer one continuous piece.

5) Add prunes and peanuts to the cooled mixture, not whole, but chopped to your taste. You can cut both large and small - it’s not so important.

Recipe 3. No-bake cake

  • 1 pack of waffles (square),

Recipe 5. Cake made from cookies and cottage cheese

  • ½ kg of cookies,
  • ½ kg cottage cheese,
  • 150 gr. oils,
  • 1 cup sugar

Grind the cottage cheese with butter and sugar, divide the mass into 2 parts. Add 2 tbsp to one part. cocoa, in the other - raisins. Place a layer of cookies on foil or polyethylene (each cookie is pre-moistened in milk), apply cottage cheese with raisins to this layer, then again cookies, on top - cottage cheese with cocoa and another layer of cookies. Ingredients:

  • Eggs 4 pcs.
  • Sugar 6-8 tablespoons
  • Flour 4 heaped tablespoons
  • Cocoa 2 tablespoons
  • Gelatin 25 g
  • Butter 200g
  • Condensed milk 1 can
  • Cognac 1 tablespoon
  • Instant coffee 1 teaspoon
  • Walnuts 1 cup

Beat the butter until smooth. Continuing whipping, add condensed milk, cognac, coffee, then gelatin. Here is a very important point: you need to put the cream in the refrigerator to cool, but make sure that it does not have time to completely set.

  • 1 kg. Yubileiny cookies
  • 1 can of condensed milk,

You can take any cookies, but flat ones are better. We had two types of Yubileiny cookies - regular and chocolate. Place chocolate cookies, previously dipped in milk, on a double layer of foil, six pieces long and three pieces wide. There should be a distance of approximately 0.5 cm between the cookies.

Carefully place white sweet cottage cheese cream onto the chocolate cookie layer and spread evenly over the entire surface.

Now put chocolate cream on top and distribute evenly over the surface.

Then you need to carefully lift the foil by the ends and mold the cookies into a triangle.

How to make dessert from cookies? The famous cake can be made in a hurry and without baking.

Ingredients:

  1. Sour cream (preferably full fat, 30%) - 0.5 l.
  2. Powdered sugar - 120 g.
  3. A glass of shelled walnuts.
  4. A glass of milk.

In pastry stores you can buy cookies in the form of crispy tubes with fruit filling. For the cake, cherry is suitable. Three hundred grams will be enough. Heat the milk and soak the tubes in it for five minutes. If this is not done, the cookies will remain hard and will not be soaked well in the cream.

Then pour in the rest of the jelly. And again we put the form in the refrigerator for about six hours, or you can leave it there all night. When the cake has hardened, remove the side and place the dessert on a plate.

  2. Cookies - 30 pcs.
  3. Sugar - 4 tbsp. l.
  4. Butter - ¼ pack.
  5. Sour cream - 5 tbsp. l.

The number of cookies may vary, it all depends on their size. Usually it is dipped in milk, but in our recipe we soak it in coffee or cocoa.

Place the cookies on the bottom of the mold. Lubricate it with cream, which we prepare from butter, sugar, cottage cheese, vanilla and sour cream. The mixture must be whipped with a blender and divided into three parts, since the cake will consist of three layers. Between the cookie layers, you can not only apply a creamy mixture, but also add a layer of fruit, such as orange and cherry. The finished cake is coated with cream on all sides and placed in the refrigerator. After a couple of hours it can be served.

"Anthill"

Another common recipe to ensure that the hostess is not tired and the guests are all full and happy is a large and sweet “Anthill”. For this dish, you can prepare the dough yourself, but if you have absolutely no time, then feel free to take:

  • cookies - whatever you have on hand
  • condensed milk (can be boiled or 2 types)
  • a stick of butter

Place the cookies into a large deep bowl and crush them with a masher. Add condensed milk to very softened butter and bring to a homogeneous mass.

You should get the consistency of fatty but runny sour cream. Pour the resulting mixture into the bowl with the cookies and mix thoroughly. The cake is prepared in the refrigerator until completely hardened.

With cookies and fruit

Fruits harmonize well with cookies. Let's take for example a quick dessert with bananas and cookies:

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • cracker cookies unsalted
  • sour cream
  • sugar condensed milk nuts (to taste)

The basis of the future pyramid is, of course, a cream cracker. Fill it with very thick sour cream with sugar or other cream as desired. Place sliced ​​banana rings on top of the cream in even rows, pour a layer of condensed milk on top and sprinkle with grated nuts.

The layers are repeated as long as there is food on the table. For 2-3 hours, the cake is infused, the cracker is soaked in a delicious fruit and sour cream sauce and turns into a homogeneous mass that can be cut. You can do the same with other fruits.

Cheese envelopes

From crushed cookies you can make any pastry with filling. The solid mass in the raw dough will hold back the juice that berries and fruits release during cooking. The dough will be hard but crispy, and inside the dessert will be soaked in its own juice. In this way you can prepare cheese or curd envelopes. This is a very tasty breakfast and healthy products.

For the test:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 glass of milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • Soda and vinegar

Before adding flour to the mixture of eggs, milk and seasonings, do not forget to add slaked soda on the tip of a teaspoon. Add floured cookies to the kneaded dough (like pancakes). Roll out a sheet of dough on the table and cut it into squares.

Filling:

  • grated cream cheese
  • cheese mass
  • curd mass or cottage cheese (can be with raisins)

Mix the consistency and place 1 tbsp on squares. l. You can fold the squares into corners or seal real envelopes. The dish is baked in the oven for 15-20 minutes until the dizzying aroma of hot cookies appears.
