Preheat the oven to 45-50 C. Line a rectangular baking sheet with baking paper and place the mixture on it, level it with an even layer of 1-1.5 cm. 700 ml pureed tomatoes
2-3 medium onions

350 g sea buckthorn berries
1 tbsp. l. fennel seeds
1 tbsp. l. red wine vinegar
2-3 tbsp. l. cane sugar
little olive
freshly ground black pepper
salt

What to do:
Heat 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil in a deep saucepan and fry the ribs over high heat, place them on a plate and cover with foil to keep them hot. Now fry the diced onion in a saucepan until translucent, add the coarsely chopped carrots and fennel seeds. Stirring constantly, fry the vegetables for 3-5 minutes and add sea buckthorn berries to them and stir again. Place the fried ribs in the pan and stir, reduce the heat to almost minimum and simmer the vegetables and meat under the lid. Don't forget to stir.

In a separate saucepan, heat the pureed tomatoes along with vinegar and sugar over low heat, stir constantly and do not let the mixture boil. Pour the tomato sauce into the pan with the meat and vegetables. Cover the pan with a lid and cook, stirring constantly, for 1.5-2.5 hours on the lowest heat. As a result, the sauce will thicken and the meat will become completely soft. If desired, you can puree some of the vegetables and serve the meat with them. Or serve baked or boiled potatoes as a side dish for meat.

What to do:
Preheat the oven to 180 C. Sift flour and baking powder into a deep bowl, add sugar, cocoa and vanillin. Warm the milk to room temperature and pour in the “dry” ingredients. Mix the mixture thoroughly with a whisk.
Line a baking dish with baking paper or grease with butter and sprinkle with flour. Pour the dough into the mold, bake in the oven for 45 minutes. Do not open the oven door during baking.

Prepare the cream: boil the sea buckthorn and sugar in a saucepan (you can increase the amount of sugar to taste) until the sugar is completely dissolved, about 5-7 minutes. Grind the cooled mass with a blender and rub through a fine sieve.
Combine sea buckthorn puree in a cup with mascarpone (or sour cream). In a separate bowl, beat the yolks with 2 tbsp. l. sugar, the yolks should lighten. Carefully add the yolks into the sea buckthorn mixture and mix gently.
