  1. Place the loaf pieces in a bowl and pour warm milk, leave for five minutes.
  2. Knead the bread with your hands until smooth.
  3. Cool hard-boiled chicken eggs (six pieces) in advance and peel them. We grate them on a coarse grater.
  4. Beat raw eggs into a glass or bowl, add a little salt and pepper to taste. Beat them in a bowl until smooth.
  5. Wash a small bunch of green dill, dry it and finely chop it with a knife.
  6. Place any minced meat in a deep bowl, pour beaten eggs into it, and add the soaked loaf. Mix everything thoroughly with your hands.
