  • 4 things. chicken legs;
  • 4 halves of canned peaches;
  • 1 cup peach syrup
  • a pinch of curry to taste
  • ground sweet pepper
  • black pepper and salt - to taste
  • 1 st. l. butter
  • 1 PC. star anise;
  • 4 things. cloves;
  • 1 st. l. lemon juice;
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley.

Prepare the peach syrup marinade, 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil, lemon juice. Take a pinch of salt, curry and ground black pepper.

Put the washed and dried chicken pieces in a container and pour over the marinade. Throw in 1 star anise and cloves. Close the container with a lid and leave overnight in the refrigerator.

Remove from the marinade and pat the drumsticks dry with a paper kitchen towel. Remove the anise and cloves from the marinade. Fry the drumsticks in a pan with 3 tbsp. vegetable oil.

  • 9 pcs. shins;
  • packaging of yeast-free puff pastry (it is better to take 0.5 kilos);
  • 180 gr of hard cheese;
  • 80 ml of mayonnaise;
  • salt + ground black pepper;
  • a couple of cloves of garlic;
  • a couple of chicken eggs.

The dough must be thawed in advance and cut into strips 2-3 cm wide. Then roll it out - just do not make it too thin. Rinse well and dry the legs. Salt and pepper them. Mince the garlic with a garlic press. Mix mayonnaise with garlic and spread meat with this fragrant mixture. Soak the chicken for half an hour in this mixture - during this time the drumsticks will soak in the marinade.

Cut the cheese into small cubes (cm by cm). Carefully separate the skin from the meat, but it is not necessary to separate completely (5-7 cm is enough). Place cheese pieces under the skin. Push 3-4 pieces into each drumstick from different sides.

Then wrap the chicken with a strip of dough as if you were wrapping a leg with a bandage. Start wrapping from the bottom, slowly going up. Brush the top of the pastry with beaten egg.

  • soy sauce - 20 g;
  • sunflower oil - 30 g;
  • Red pepper;
  • vinegar - 10 ml.

Cooking method

  • Wash chicken thighs, pat dry with paper towels. Place in a stainless steel bowl.
  • Prepare the sauce in a bowl. Put tomato paste, honey (preferably liquid), pepper, garlic passed through a garlic press. Pour in the vinegar and soy sauce. Mix thoroughly.
  • Pour the marinade over the shins. Cover the bowl with cling film and refrigerate for two hours.
  • Onion cut into cubes.
