  • arugula - 100 g;
  • balsamic vinegar - 1 tsp;
  • salt pepper.

Preparation

Before frying oyster mushrooms with potatoes, we clean the mushrooms from excess dirt with a dry cloth or brush, and peel the potatoes and cut them in any usual way.

Heat a tablespoon of oil in a frying pan and fry the chopped bacon in it. Preparation

In a brazier, melt the butter (2 tablespoons) and fry the mushrooms on it for 5 minutes. Add garlic to the mushrooms and fry it for another 40 seconds. Add another 2 tbsp. tablespoons of oil and fry thin onion rings with thyme on them until cooked. Mix mushrooms with onions.

Grease the baking dish with oil. In a bowl, whip cream with wine, salt and pepper. Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin slices. Place 1/3 of the potatoes on the bottom of the mold and cover with a roast and 3/4 of the cheese. Place the remaining potatoes and the remaining onion and mushroom mixture on top. Ingredients:

  • shortbread dough - 700 g;
  • potatoes - 4 pcs.;
  • vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. spoon;
  • milk - 1/4 tbsp.;
  • sour cream - 1/4 tbsp.;
  • eggs - 2 pcs.;
  • salt pepper;
  • green onions - 1 bunch;
  • oyster mushrooms - 300 g;
  • asparagus - 300 g.

Preparation

Peel the potatoes and cut into slices, boil for about 15 minutes, then puree with butter and milk. Salt and pepper puree to taste. Add sour cream and eggs to the ready-made and slightly cooled. As soon as the puree becomes homogeneous, add the chopped green onions and mix everything thoroughly.
