  • medium-sized duck carcass

  • 200 ml canned apple juice
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • pepper, salt, coriander - 0.5 teaspoon each
  • long grain rice for serving

Cooking method:

Duck cut into small portions. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, preferably freshly ground. Wash apples, dry and cut into halves. Set the "Frying" program in the multicooker, pour vegetable oil into the pan. Stirring, fry the pieces of duck. Spread a paper towel on a dish, shift the fried duck, let the excess fat soak.

Drain excess fat from the multicooker pan, leaving just a couple of spoons. Pour the coarsely chopped onion into the bottom of the multicooker pan. Pour in water, apple juice, add all the spices. Return the fried duck pieces to the pan, spread the halves of the apples among the meat. Switch the multicooker to the "Baking" mode for one hour and 15 minutes. Periodically look into the pan: if all the liquid has evaporated, add a little water.

The dish is served as follows: you need to boil friable long-grain rice. Put the rice on a plate in a slide, pour over the sauce formed during the baking process. Place pieces of duck and half an apple next to it. Enjoy your meal!

Duck with apples in honey

This dish is not very easy to prepare, but it is worth a try - its crust has a unique taste, because it is varnished with honey.

Ingredients:

  • duck to match the size of your multicooker
  • 3 large apples
  • vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
  • white bunch of grapes, about 100 g in weight
  • honey 100 grams
  • coarse salt
  • ground pepper
Rub the duck inside and out with coarse salt and ground pepper. Cut apples (2 pcs) into 6-7 slices, pluck the grapes from the brush. Stuff the duck with apples and sew up the incision. Set the multicooker to the "Baking" program for half an hour.

Carefully place the bird in the slow cooker with the seam up and cook with the lid closed. After the beep, pour the rendered fat over the duck. Drain off the rest of the fat. Cut the apple into slices and send it together with the bird to the pan so that the barrel of the apple touches the bottom. Repeat the mode and cooking time. Remove the carcass from the multicooker, coat thoroughly with honey. Set the "Baking" mode for 10-15 minutes, cook with the lid open. Enjoy your meal!

Duck "Festive" with rice and apples

Cooking duck according to this recipe does not take much time. But guests will remember this hearty and fragrant dish for a long time.

Ingredients:

  • medium sized duck
  • 2 apples
  • 50 grams of nuts - cashews, almonds, hazelnuts
  • 2 tangerines for stuffing and 2 for serving
  • glass of steamed rice
  • duck liver - 1 pc
  • ground coriander - 1 teaspoon
  • allspice
  • butter for greasing the skin
Boil rice until half cooked. Peel tangerines from zest and veins, divide into slices. Cut apples into 6 pieces. Mix rice with fruits and nuts, add salt and spices to the filling. Wash duck, dry with paper towel. Spread the carcass with butter, grate with salt. Stuff the duck with rice and fruit filling and sew up the incision with a strong thread. Put the bird in the multicooker pan and simmer for an hour. After the end of the program, turn the duck on the other side, switch the multicooker to the "Baking" mode and bake for 40 minutes, pouring periodically with melted fat.

When serving the dish, you need to cut the seam, remove all the threads, scoop out the filling, remove the baked tangerines. Peel raw citrus fruits thoroughly from veins and films, leaving only the whole pulp. Put a few tablespoons of rice with apples and spices on a dish decorated with herbs. Carefully lay 4 mandarin slices in an arc, add a few pieces of bird. The duck is ready to decorate the festive table!

Duck stewed with apples

The following recipe will appeal to adherents of a healthy diet. The duck is prepared without vegetable oil and salt, in the "Simmering" mode. This allows you to save the maximum amount of vitamins and nutrients. The meat is tender and easily separated from the bones.

Ingredients:

  • medium sized whole duck
  • strong sweet apple
  • medium sized carrot
  • allspice peas
  • bulb - 1 pc.
  • Bay leaf
Cooking method:

Wash the duck and remove excess moisture with a paper towel. Lay bay leaf, allspice on the bottom of the multicooker. Place duck on top, spread carrots with whole apples on the sides, peeled onion. Set the languishing mode to 8 hours.


At the end of the program, take out all the products, cool slightly. Separate the duck from the bones and skin, tear it into large pieces with your hands.
