Chop the remaining yolks with a fork and mix with a teaspoon of chopped herbs. Mix the mixture and make neat balls. Carefully remove the salad in the bowl onto a flat plate, sprinkle with herbs and the rest of the fried potatoes on top. We place our “eggs” made from yolks on top.

  • 250 g chicken breast.
  • 120 g eggs.
  • 80 g cucumbers.
  • 120 g hard cheese.

Preparation:

Cut the chicken breast into small cubes. Boil the eggs hard and cool. Separate the yolks from the whites. Three eggs: yolks - on a fine grater, whites - on a coarse grater. Chop the cucumbers into cubes. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Place all ingredients in layers, coating each with mayonnaise.   • Bunch of spinach.

Preparation:

We take a huge glass or wooden bowl, put in it all the selected lettuce leaves, which need to be torn into small pieces. Finely chop the cilantro, dill and green onions. Pre-cook the pork and breast in salted water. Cut the chilled meat into cubes. Chop the cucumbers into cubes, three cheeses, and divide the cherry tomatoes in half. Mix all parts well and fill with dressing.

Sweetish prunes add a special piquancy to the already delicious salad. The ingredients of the dish are inexpensive and ordinary. The recipe is below.

Ingredients:

  • 300 g chicken meat.
  • 1 piece each onions and carrots.
  • 3 boiled eggs.
  • 420 g green peas.
  • 200 g pickled cucumbers.
  • 100 g prunes.
  • 200 g mayonnaise.
  • Onion marinade:
  • 10 g sugar.
  • 5 g salt.
  • 40 ml vinegar, water.

Preparation:

First, marinate the finely chopped onion. To do this, mix salt, sugar, vinegar and 2 tablespoons of water. Pour the marinade over the vegetable and leave for a few minutes.

Boil the chicken flesh and cut into cubes. We do the same with cucumbers. Eggs, three boiled carrots. Grind the pre-soaked prunes into small slices.

Lay out the salad in layers in the following order: chicken meat, pickled cucumbers, onions freed from marinade, eggs, carrots, green peas, prunes. Coat all layers with mayonnaise. Decorate the salad with greens on top.

  • 60 g boiled eggs.
  • One tomato and one cucumber each.
