Place the baking sheet in the oven, heated to 180 degrees, and bake for 20-25 minutes. If the apple cookies burn on the bottom, then 10 minutes after the start of baking, place a wide container of water in the very bottom of the oven. When the cookies are slightly browned on top, take them out.
