5. When the chicken is browned, turn it over, add the onion and continue frying.

6. Cut the bell pepper into strips.

7. When the onion begins to acquire a golden hue, add pepper.

8. Immediately add the corn, mix everything and fry for another 10 minutes.

10. At the end of cooking, sprinkle everything with green onions and turn off the heat, close the lid again so that the onion softens a little and does not crunch.

  • Meringue cake

    To somehow diversify the usual meringues, my mother recommended me a meringue cake, which was my favorite as a child.

  • Many housewives love to cook chicken. There are many reasons for this: chicken tends to cook quickly, and there are too many different options out there. I want to offer you an excellent option for cooking chicken in an oriental style. For this recipe, you can use a whole chicken by cutting it into pieces, or you can use individual parts such as thighs, drumsticks or whole legs. Oriental baked chicken turns out to be very aromatic, soft and goes well with any side dishes.

    To cook chicken, prepare the necessary products from the list. I used chicken drumsticks.

    Prepare the dressing in which we will marinate the chicken. Pour sesame oil, soy sauce into the container in which we will place the chicken, add brown sugar, ground pepper, grated fresh ginger and chopped garlic. If the soy sauce is not very salty, then add salt to taste. Mix the dressing thoroughly.

    Wash the drumsticks or other parts of the chicken thoroughly and dry. Brush the chicken with the resulting marinade.

    Dry the sesame seeds in a frying pan and add them to the chicken, stir. Cover the container with a lid and put it in the refrigerator for 6-8 hours. During this time, remove the chicken a couple of times and turn it over.

    When the time is up, remove the chicken from the refrigerator and leave for about an hour to warm it up. Then place the chicken in a baking dish.

    Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake the chicken for 45-50 minutes.

    The chicken turns out golden brown, very aromatic, and the gravy that forms during baking is useful for side dishes. Serve the rosy chicken to the table.
