Filling:
- 5 pieces of onion
- 1 bunch green onions
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

Preparation of the recipe "Jellied pie with onions in a slow cooker":
To bake a pie, take a little onion (bulb and green), wheat flour, kefir, eggs, vegetable oil, a little sugar, salt, pepper, baking powder.
Combine kefir and eggs, mix well.
Add sugar, salt, pepper, sunflower oil.
Stir in the sifted flour and baking powder.

Onion Pie Ingredients:
Eggs 5 pieces
Butter 120 grams
Sour cream 250 grams
Flour 1.5 cups
Soda 1 teaspoon
Sugar 2 tablespoons

Melt the butter for the dough and add 5 eggs to the cooled butter, add sugar and salt, beat slightly, you can even use a fork or a whisk.
Add sour cream, soda and flour to beaten eggs. There is no need to extinguish soda! Whisk everything together until smooth. You will get a pancake thick dough. You don’t need to add a lot of flour, a dry cake is not the same story at all.
Pour half of the dough into the multicooker pan, level it, spread the filling in an even layer. To do this, you need to spread the fried onion not immediately, but with a spoon, gradually, otherwise it will simply sink into the dough and it will not be possible to level it. Gently spread the second part of the dough on top over the entire surface of the pie. All! Bake 40 + 40 minutes + 15 minutes on heating.
Honestly, the cake will be ready in an hour, but if you want it to become ruddy on all sides, then you need to hold it for 80 minutes without opening the slow cooker. Baking will end after 40 minutes, turn off and turn on again for 40 minutes. There is nothing complicated about this, but what a beautiful cake it turns out! After the cake rests for 10 minutes open, put it on a dish, sprinkle with chopped green onions if desired and the cake is ready! You can call everyone to the table!

How to cook a pie with onions in a slow cooker:
Mix softened butter with sour cream, soda and salt, add flour and knead soft dough.

Saute onion in vegetable oil until translucent. Let it cool down a bit.
In a deep bowl, mix grated hard cheese, chopped green onions, salt, eggs.
