The bacon rolls are ready, all you have to do is put them on a plate. One option for decorating the finished dish is to line the bottom of the plate with lettuce leaves and then place the rolls. You can do the opposite: first lay the bacon rolls, sprinkle them with parsley or dill on top.

Prepare all products according to the list.

Fry the loaf slices on a grill or dry frying pan. There is no need to fry the bread too much; it should be slightly browned and crispy on top, but soft on the inside.

step by step recipe with photos

If you have juicy, thin, cured bacon, then you are incredibly lucky, because it goes well with any dish. Bacon and cheese sandwiches are rightfully considered a delicious breakfast meat; they can be prepared either in the microwave or in the oven. It is best to purchase easy-to-melt hard cheese. Both butter, processed cheese, and low-fat mayonnaise are suitable for coating the bread base. Since bacon is very high in calories, it is better to choose other ingredients with a minimum number of calories.

Ingredients

  • 6–8 slices of bread
  • 40 g good quality butter
  • 6–8 slices bacon
  • 120 g hard cheese
  • greens for decoration

Preparation

1. Toast bread is best suited for sandwiches - due to the shape of the pieces and their uniformity. Cut each piece diagonally and place on a plate. If sandwiches will be cooked in the microwave, there should be no gold or silver (that is, conductive) designs on the dish.

2. Grease slices of bread with high-quality butter, mayonnaise or processed cheese.

3. Separate the bacon slices and roll them carefully, placing them on the bread base. You can roll the bacon into rosettes, fry it, or chop it finely.

4. Grate hard, easy-to-melt cheese on a large-mesh grater or cut into small cubes or pieces. Place on bacon slices. By the way, the cheese can be grated in advance and frozen in bags in the freezer.

You can enjoy these hot bacon sandwiches for breakfast or as a regular snack between meals.
