How to make donuts at home.

First, let's prepare the necessary ingredients for the donuts.
We dilute yeast, sugar and salt in warm milk. When the yeast is gone, add 150 gr. flour (one third of the total). We leave the milk-yeast mass in a warm place for swelling.
Shake the eggs separately and melt the butter. Ekaterina does this using a microwave oven.
Into the resulting mass we introduce the milk-yeast mass.
Sift the remaining flour and add to the dough.
It turns out to be quite dense, well behind the hands. Cover the bowl with the dough with a towel and put in a warm place for 2 hours.
When the time is up, put the dough on the work surface (you can not grease the table with anything or sprinkle it with flour).
